The writer could have summarized his list of accomplishment in one or two sentences to grasp the reader’s attention. The writer failed to use the correct format of cover letter. The use of bu llets display lack of professionalism as the use of listing seemed unnecessary. Though bullet points augment easy reading, it should not be present in the formal business letter.
